People aren't looking at it, you keep on bumping it.Broccers wrote: Tue May 21, 2024 11:17 am What I find really amusing are people looking at a crypto thread with no interest in it other than watching a missed opportunity. Weird.

Aye, people aren't coming to check what's happening with crypto. It's just to laugh at broccers repeatedly failing to flounce properly.

Re: Dogecoin etc
That was last the price in 2023. You're now posting that it's gone up 25% in 5 days. It was actually in 1 day. Did you buy before that? What about before it dropped 25% in a day in March?
Re: Dogecoin etc
Not really as you can see above with no input from me discussing scams and investing in bitcoin years ago.

Then this conversation will die today and you'll bump it again in a few weeks, promoting another handful of posts.

Re: Dogecoin etc
I really cannot understand why people are complaining about Broccers posting about crypto in a thread that's about... crypto

Re: Dogecoin etc
No one's complaining about him posting. He's complaining that we don't take his posts about a scam more seriously

Oh, I'm not, I'm just laughing at how despite the fact the exact same thing happens every single time, he keeps coming back and then gets upset when people take the pissGavster wrote: Tue May 21, 2024 2:06 pm I really cannot understand why people are complaining about Broccers posting about crypto in a thread that's about... crypto![]()

But seriously guys - never wrestle a pig.
Re: Dogecoin etc
Can we troll a pig with an image of a brassica, pick and piles of gold?

Wonder where it's going to be at the end of the year? Some people I follow reckon £5000 for Eth I'm not so sure.
Re: Dogecoin etc
Anyone following the $GME shenanigans again? The person who originally pumped it “Roaring Kitty” posted a meme a few weeks ago, got the stock pumping again. Turns out he has a shit load of options contracts ($68 million) which expire on 21st June and he needs the stock to be above $25 to make money. The more baffling thing is that he exposed his own positions on Reddit over the weekend, to further pump the price.
However now all the banks know, the hedge funds know, the big players know. Also he keeps posting stuff when the market is out of hours to further manipulate and pump the price so I imagine the SEC will have something to say about it.
The guy is about to find out that you don’t piss off the casino.

How about not having a sig at all?
Re: Dogecoin etc
He also holds more than $100 million of stock as well as the options.
Anyway, I don't think the SEC will do much. They did jack shit when Muskrat pumped Tesla on bullshit claims about taking it private, I don't see them going after Keith for this.
Previously it was a short squeeze that did it for some of the hedge funds. I wonder if there's a significant amount of short interest right now for GME?

Re: Dogecoin etc
Yep he’s trying to go for a short squeeze again as short interest is at 25% but revealing his hand was extremely stupid. Will be interesting to see how the next 2 weeks play out.

Re: Dogecoin etc
Slowly moving normal shares into dividends to help with early retirement.
Short term goals are not going to be fun to watch but long term I hope goes well. I think retirement age will be well past my best so want to get out early and this should help.
TM1 shares still on their arse.
Dave!

Re: Dogecoin etc
I don’t understand why you would hold on to a meme stock tbh. The company is in a worse state now than when they pumped it to the moon. He’s never getting that money back.

I was reading that it might not actually be him posting on his reddit
Re: Dogecoin etc
His positions currently worth $500M after GME went up 50% today!
