The booking part was fine - it was the account set-up part that was the issue. I used them before where it was again, difficult but got there in the end. The two main issues were:
- A password policy which is bonkers - multiple passwords met the criteria and were not accepted. Finally got them to accept one
- Not accepting any cards - multiple tries with visa, Mastercard and visa debit and all "Unable to Process"
