Saw an i8 roadster in orange - still don’t like it.
How about not having a sig at all?
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
What was the contrast colour of the 911 that it was passing through its rear end?
Must say there is nothing I really like about them either.

It was still orange, with surrounding trim in black.
At least the roadster looks less cramped and more in proportion with only 2 seats. I’d love to rip the drivetrain out of one and stick a proper engine and fat tyres on to see what it’s like.
If Aston managed to shoehorn a V8 in a cygnet then I don’t believe BMW that they couldn’t fit/cool a straight 6 as the car was originally planned with

Popped into town earlier and parked next to a Rover 800 Vitesse fastback. Don't see many of those around now! Howmanyleft lists both a Vitesse and a Vitesse Sport, and I didn't know which it was, but even then there's only 85 licensed total between them.
What was amazing is that the 800 was a big car in its time. However, the Mondeo is bigger. Also what's really telling is just how small the doors are compared to mine. It's a real area of obvious growth over the years. One wonders how anyone could fit through the apertures!

Saw a Maserati Levante in Kelso yesterday. It looked large and not that tall in a sort of jobbie brown metallic.
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
I saw a Conti GT3-R still wearing its Gumball 3000 livery driving through Farnham the other day
Thought it was quite cool, in a crass sort of way

I had one of those awkward “want to look at how awful the car is, but don’t want him to think I’m looking at his awful car because I like it” moments earlier - it was a grey kit, looking a little like a somewhere between a XK120 and an Excalibur but clearly based on an MX5.
So bad.
So bad.

McLaren 720S yesterday.
At least I think it was - they all look the same. The number plate read '720 [something]' and it was very low and black, very stealthy looking.
No photos as I was too busy admiring it and trying to see if I could work out what it was.

Saw a Ferrari Mondial in white on the M25 and some kind of road legal (I assume) track thing that I couldn't identify. Looked a bit like an Ariel Atom, but with body panels. It was going the other way so it was a very brief look. Any ideas of what it could be?
Could have been a single seater. Single, central, raised "hump".

Do you spend your time touring industrial estates these days?
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
It’s prime stomping ground for my Urban Warrior Spackerwagon (TM). But no had to dash out to Braintree, can honestly say it’s the most deprived town in the UK that I have ever been to - it makes Dover look classy!
