I'd heard conditions were bad, but hadn't realised they'd deteriorated to this extent. After great success its the end of the poll and we have a clear winner in the form of the Caramel Wafer followed closely by the kit kat and a joint 3rd place to the Club and the GOLD bar. Despite pages of moaning about the Chocolate Digestive in the end it received no votes.
Congrats to the Carmel wafer in becoming OV9 Biscuit of choice.

Re: King of Chocolate Biscuits
Can you do chocolate bars next? one for past, one for present?
Spira is one I miss very much! Twirl for current I think although a chunky Kit Kat is also a contender.

I don't particularly like chocolate biscuits, except Jaffa Cakes, though I guess they can't be on the list as they were legaly defined as cakes.
