Looks a lovely starter. What’s for the main?

To avoid OK Computer getting leaked ahead of its release - which normally resulted from press review CD’s being copied - Radiohead sent out 1000 Walkman’s with a single sided tape loaded and industrial glued shut.

Re: Randomness
I more or less agree with the "more meat less veg" approach, so I'm happy to ditch the tomato & mushroom as they're probably the healthiest things on the plate, but I will keep the beans (with some HP sauce on them) as the plate needs some gloop otherwise it gets too dry.
Re: Randomness
I have issues with this. Surely you will end up with bean run away due to being at a lower level than other foods. During scoop it will end to under and cause unnecessary stress during consumption.

Re: Randomness
Walkman -> PC analogue input -> digital copy on the HDD -> Napster / burn to CD. That's surely not rocket science ??dinny_g wrote: ↑Wed Dec 06, 2023 9:48 pm https://www.discogs.com/release/9816016 ... K-Computer

Smarter were the bands that sent out digital copies of their albums, each copy with unique miniscule digital glitches so that they can tell who leaked it.
Re: Randomness
Ok Computer predates Napster by 2 years and CD RW’s were very expensive.
Not impossible but it didn’t seem to have happened

Re: Randomness
Then they went mad with In Rainbows and released it online only originally, with the option to pay as much as you wanted. I paid nothing (but then bought the CD when that came out).dinny_g wrote: ↑Wed Dec 06, 2023 9:48 pm https://www.discogs.com/release/9816016 ... K-Computer

Re: Randomness
Didn’t a load of unused stuff and demos etc get leaked more recently too??
Re: Randomness
My main issue is that I actively want the beans to interact with the rest, isn't that the point?
Re: Randomness
Barry is correct. I'd like them to be on a piece of toast or fried bread as well.

Re: Randomness
Oooh, fried bread. That's a rare treat.
Re: Randomness
I prefer the egg on the toast myself...
but as we've seen, my opinions on fri-ups are very fenian...

Re: Randomness
I tend to make it at home because the stuff you get on breakfast buffets is way overdone. First one is always more like toast, second onwards are divine until you run out of oil so the last one is like toast again
Also, I agree with Dinny: egg on toast too. Need more toast. And more meat. And a bigger plate. And more beans.
Re: Randomness
I had a "full breakfast" fry-up at the weekend in a local eatery.
The beans (which were good - not some watery rubbish) were served in a tiny little service saucepan (akin to the image below - not actual saucepan - not actual weekend event - not beans). This allowed me to fully control the location of my beans at ALL times - I ate some from the saucepan, and emptied the partial contents onto my plate at a later point in the eating process, whilst another at the table who had selected the same menu item (my wife's elder cousin - thank you for asking) just emptied them all onto his plate at the start of proceedings.
The toast was served - correctly - in a rack on the side, as opposed to on the plate.
There were - (amongst other items, but entirely) correctly - two eggs, one slice of skware sausage, and one link sausage.

Re: Randomness
Was the whole thing served on an enamel tray, Mik?
Re: Randomness
Meh, it all goes in the same hole. Beans, tomatoes, whatever - just stick them on the plate.
