It was created quite a few years ago by Huw Millington who was well known on Lugnet (and the bulletin boards rec.toys.lego and alt.toys.lego before that) back in the day. You can tick a box on each set page to mark that you own it and if you do a fairly comprehensive job of recording your collection then the data can be quite interesting. I haven't bothered to record the condition of my sets on there, just tick if I own them.
Since I'm reluctant to buy anything unless it's discounted, I did a quick and dirty calculation based on the current values against 70% of the total RRPs and it's gone up quite a lot. Might not be too scary if you did the same
I've been mostly buying through work discount post-Covid (so officially not supposed to re-sell anyway) but going off that I'm 30% up even if I sell at RRP
Slightly off topic but not, I’ve got a menu somewhere from when my dad flew in Concorde. I’ll have to see if I can dig it out. He wrote in it that his handwriting was wobbly because turbulence and most definitely not because copious amounts of champagne

My uncle was at both Live Aid concerts so had to go via Concorde. He said there’s obviously no quicker way to get across the Atlantic but luxury it most certainly wasn’t. Loud and cramped apparently.

More info please.
I always promised myself that when I had enough money, I'd get my dad at least a 1-way flight on Concorde.... never had the spare when it was still flying.
( edit: I mean Concorde one way, and conventional aircraft the other, as opposed to "right you - fuck off, and do so quickly" )
Favourite thing for me about concorde was the takeoff procedure to pass noise regs at Heathrow- as the wheels come up, turn the aircraft so the engine pointed away from the decibel meters
I’ll modify the smaller models like Speed Champions but cannot be arsed with big ones. But I don’t seem to open them these days anyway so that’s not surprising
