I had a double take at that plate, thought it said “vagina is for lovers”
How about not having a sig at all?

Spotted today in Falmouth MA: a Lucid Air. And a GR86, which looked pretty good - way better than £30k’s worth:

Yeah, the last time I watched a video they were sending it off to a rolling road for tuning. It must be close.Swervin_Mervin wrote: Thu Jun 15, 2023 2:52 pmMatty wrote: Wed Jun 14, 2023 5:05 pm Supercharged Stratos on the way in this morning - Alfa Busso powered

I haven't kept up with them recently but does that mean they finally finished it?
An absolute unit

Don't do that, though it's the main reason I think I should have a dashcam.Broccers wrote: Mon Jun 12, 2023 6:13 pm I was like ... whats that. Shame I didn't risk a fine taking a video as it sounded pretty good too.

Spotted again, different location, plugged in. Hopped out for a pic, and the chap wandered over (seemingly from nowhere

It has made wonder if - because bigger battery in a rhd is a no-go - you can fit a larger fuel tank.

It’s quite effective, actually - everything inside man-made so not luxurious but comfy enough, functional but unobtrusive lane-keep assist, immediate wireless CarPlay; basically the ideal hire car.
Not as much fun as the brand Wrangler we had today mind you.

New icon?
Won’t be sold in the UK apparently.

A Dax but sounded like you’d imagine.

Re: Teh Spotted Thread
New shape Grand Cherokee. Not sure what the projecting metal bars in the front bumper are for, but they look massively dangerous. Interesting looking but has made me much more keen on getting a previous shape Grand Cherokee to replace the Jimny.

Re: Teh Spotted Thread
They don’t look standard to me, they look like attachment points for a set of bull bars

Maybe they're to attach an a frame towing set up to, so the hire company can collect it easier with a single driver?

Re: Teh Spotted Thread
That's a good suggestion.
I was going along the idea of a snow plough. Sounds weird to us in the UK but "relatively" common in the US. Although I was then stumped by why on a hire car.

@jobbo what’s strapped to the back of that Cherokee?
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
It could be to tow it behind an RVRich B wrote: Sun Jun 18, 2023 9:06 am Maybe they're to attach an a frame towing set up to, so the hire company can collect it easier with a single driver?

Re: Teh Spotted Thread
A bike carrier rack. I wondered if they might be mounting points for a front one.
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
They carry bikes high over there

Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Ah, I hadn’t realised the lifeboat was visible. Standard fitment on all new shape Grand Cherokees
