I think some of the dictators out there are meant to be trillionaires - rulers of oil producing nations and perhaps Putin too. And that’s all in physical gold/cash rather than stock which is difficult to liquidate in size without making the whole thing crash.

I'd say if you own these amounts of any asset class then you can't liquidate it without having an effect on the price of the asset itself (whether you're sitting on huge amounts of gold, oil, or stocks)
