Please be aware that “Noble Automotive” in the USA has no affiliation or indeed any connection with us. Due to an administrative oversight the Trade Mark for Noble Automotive lapsed in the USA. This has been subsequently legally “adopted” by Hoover Chan trading as Turbo Hoses in the USA. He has implemented both our actual long established logo and “Noble Automotive” in the United States. Sometime ago we visited the USA and believed we had reached an amicable resolution with Mr. Chan for him to surrender the trade mark back to us. However he later changed his mind and now it appears the misperception and confusion is being compounded by the “borrowing” of the Noble M600 as a base for his own designs for a proposed M700. Apologies for any confusion this causes.
