5 acre site in a touristy part of Cornwall, could probably fit 100 homes on that…

Not without planning permission ! A camp site though, that could work. Paintball, off roading (quads / buggies) ?

Brownfield site may help it though.
Static caravans would be much more profitable if it’s close to the sea, but I think they’re all run by interesting gangs who won’t be happy :lol:

I could fix the toilets :lol: bit of a commute to adjust a ball valve though 7 1/2 hours……

We'll lever it so just need to find the 35% equity. I'll get the bank finance sorted and can also advise on the restructuring once we inevitably slide into insolvency. :lol:

If someone can lend me a ladder, a copy of 747 flying for dummies and give me a lift to Kemble, I can probably nick one of the ones they've got hanging around there. They'll never notice and I'm fairly sure I could land it on the start/finish straight. Convert it into a niche themed AirBnB and we're quids in!
