Disappointing test drives.

Test drove a SLK a couple of days ago, the car was a great spec and condition but I was gutted to find I don’t fit in them! I had the seat back as far as it would go and the seat height set to the lowest but after a 15 minutes drive I was aching for an hour after. Quite surprised as I’ve had an MX-5 and an MR2 Roadster both of which appear physically smaller.

I'm 6ft and had no problem with my old SLK at all, this being the R171 - Which SLK? And how tall are you?

And to answer the question, I don't bother test driving, I just buy it and cross my fingers.

Erm, it was a 2012. I'm 5ft 10 but have long legs.
