Not authorised to read private messages which are on hold

@Matty, I’ve had a couple of PM notifications but nothing is in my inbox; I get the above message about them being on hold.

Is this a problem with the forum?

Have you clicked the release button? Why does it say it's on hold? Is your inbox full?
