I'm surprised this hasn't come up already, but if you wanted the finest of compo faces, those desk-jockeys at the council being at it again, credulous reports of big cats (sorry, CATs) and other such local news shenanigans, Angry People In Local Newspapers on FB is an extremely well curated list of them, updated several times a day, typically.
