Re: Mateschitz
I found it a little odd when they asked Ferrari drivers to comment on him on the grid interviews after quali. I get it in a full press session, but standing on the grid after they've got out of the cars in p1&2?
Re: Mateschitz
That’s when you really want someone like Kimi or Montoya to say that they don’t care.
How about not having a sig at all?

Agreed, but nowadays *everyone* has to comment or they'll be pilloried by the brainless.Rich B wrote: Sun Oct 23, 2022 10:49 am I found it a little odd when they asked Ferrari drivers to comment on him on the grid interviews after quali. Almost threw something at TV earlier when Danica Patrick repeated the incorrect claim he had sponsored the man who fell furthest to earth when it wasn't

Unassuming google executive Alan Eustace has that record
Still he was a genius at marketing and Red Bull is the textbook example of right place, right time and right strategy - the world was ready for it and he got cash and used it to make more cash
I'll concede he did seem like a decent dude but like apple there is a reality distortion field around red bull
