Another strong contender, all the ones I've seen for sale in a reasonable distance have interiors that would make Jobbo blush unfortunately!
Economical and fun?

Re: Economical and fun?
Possibly. But then I wouldn’t really be in the market for either - I’m just throwing out ideas. Swifts are good little cars.
Edit: you appear to need rather more for a Fiesta of a similar age, although it’s a more powerful car.
Second edit: to add summary by niche car mag "evo" (including some comparisons against the Fiesta ST)
Re: Economical and fun?
These are cheap as chips now and their good fun if you can handle the ride and aren't planning to do thousands of motorway miles.

Does it need to be at all practical?
On a scale of... "not having a windscreen, must wear goggles to drive" up to "must have space for my Newfoundlands".

Did.
But a blue 5dr as it's smarter and more practical (but also more ££s).
Left over crest; tightens.

That, RWD and more unique being a convertible.
How about not having a sig at all?

Is it a second car, Zonda? Or going to be used as your main car?Ascender wrote: Fri Sep 16, 2022 10:28 am Does it need to be at all practical?

Re: Economical and fun?
Normally replies to this kind of thread need to a) ignore one or more criteria and b) recommend your own car.
So the answer is clearly a '66 Galaxie.

Main car. Windscreen probably required! No space requirements.KevH18 wrote: Fri Sep 16, 2022 10:59 amIs it a second car, Zonda? Or going to be used as your main car?Ascender wrote: Fri Sep 16, 2022 10:28 am Does it need to be at all practical?
