Re: The ebay thread
It's difficult to split the want for it and the want for the road trip this pic suggests it could be on;speedingfine wrote: Sat Jun 11, 2022 9:25 pm https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/265730791809
Love this.. looks good value too.

I have no idea what prices they go for but that seems far from unreasonable.
I think Harry M. should purchase it as his form of bangernomics and do an epic roadtrip somewhere.

I worked at a Citroën main dealer then a specialist garages in the early 90's the prices of parts then for the older models were terrifying! £700 for a hydraulic pipe for a CX

Show the photo to an assistant in Halfords and ask for a touch up paint for it

That's outstanding. Tony Angelo is getting a similar survivor going again on Youtube.

The 3.0i need caning to make progress, which doesn’t really suit the car. I had one as a demonstrator when they first came out and was glad to be in a 2.7d S-type when someone sold it.nuttinnew wrote: Fri Jun 17, 2022 2:39 am Quite like this XF;

Makes it easier to hide the one(s) you're planning...ZedLeg wrote: Wed Jul 06, 2022 2:01 pm That caravan looks like a crime scene. A friend's dad has a F-350 and a big fifth wheel caravan, it's a pretty nice way to go camping.
Nice if you have suitable roads to the camp site, Cornwall and the NC500 though

Never ceases to amaze me that people can't spend three minutes reviewing what they've written and chauffer how it comes across.nuttinnew wrote: Tue Jul 12, 2022 12:36 am This doesn't have the potential to be a money pit, oh no;
