95 is a decent innings though. RIP

A good old innings and by the looks of it, a life well lived.

I know Eastenders is oft derided as shallow drivel but the "Euthanasia" episode with just her and Ethel is an awesome piece of television. All the more poignant in that the actor who played Ethel died not long after.

RIP indeed.

I was just trying to work out when I last watched a soap and it must be 27 years or so.

My other half is a massive Eastenders fan. Never misses an episode so It often on in the background.
