I saw the Sprinter vid after seeing this;

In another vid it did 100-200kmh in 10.57s.

Love it. 7.5 tonnes and 0-60 in 15 secs for the armoured version made me LOL :mrgreen:

Also just watched, and the carwow one. Definitely on the lottery win list, though even that might not yet you an allocation. PaulJ may have more luck there.

PDK and a 9k rev limit seems a fine combination to me.

Just after I bought my GTS 4.0 a Porsche salesman expressed mild surprise that I hadn't gone for a GT4. I (half jokingly) said I didn't think I was important enough for a GT car allocation. He said you never know, you might have been!

Did you let out a Homer Simpson-esque "D'oh!" loud enough to echo for miles around?

Yep, lovely.

Interesting move away from the long held stance of protecting the 911 as the halo model... Wonder if the GT department get away with it as we're reaching the final throes of the internal combustion engine?

Our favourite BMW fixer is back on his Alpina. This time rebuilding the H1 engine.

Grab a beer and settle in for an hour of nerdiness:

I bloody loved this video

ETA: :o at the costs to get the block sleeved and heads rebuilt. Staggering.

He was a little piqued with me as for the second time I'd bought from the Sheffield dealership, not his (Nottingham) Porsche Centre. I'd previously bought five cars from them and they had come to take my business for granted.
