Cheltenham
I have done alright this week so far. Any of you ladies betting today? What you got?
Re: Cheltenham
I backed rubbish on Tues/Wed. Then I got my money back yesterday on Bob Olinger and Love Envoi.
Looking forward to today and winning some more
All tough races to choose a winner in.
Β£500,000 to win on the ITV pick7 today. That'll do nicely!

Drowned in expensive cheap beer.
Despite spending 43 years of my life in Cheltenham and Gloucester I've never been to the racecourse when there have been horses there.

Did I not entitle my Fred properly?
Re: Cheltenham
I've never fancied going. Far too busy. I've been to Aintree during the Grand National festival and it's just too many people.Jimmy Choo wrote: Fri Mar 18, 2022 2:36 pmDrowned in expensive cheap beer.![]()

I love going to the races though but like to be able to get beer, place a bet and watch the race without too much effort.
It's a great day out and superb for entertaining clients.

3 out of 4 legs have won. Leg 5 running now.

Re: Cheltenham
I had a terrible week despite taking all the stupidly generous offers from the bookies. I'm up, of course, but only by 25 squid or so. I do have another 25 in credits left for everyone to have a punt on the national. Anyway it's a good reminder not to bet on the bobbo's.
Re: Cheltenham
Up is up though Jon. Take the positives.
I ended up by Β£400 so that was an especially good result for me. Couple of very exciting finishes in the last two races too.
