If it had wide arches and a NACA duct chances are it's just a 924 with a bodykit or 944 with a stuck on NACA duct.
The above. Think 944 with NACA duct, it was nice and boxy.

NACA duct implies 924T but you probably would have noticed it was narrower than 944. No arch blisters. Wide body 924 (CarreraGT etc) have scoops on their bonnets instead.
Rich, nope. No scoop, just NACA and phat arches as per a 944.

Some jets flew overhead, three or four rows of four according to neighbour. I'm trying to find out what they were and if anyone got pics.

Followed a beautiful blue 246 Dino around part of the McLaren Triangle this evening (LEU 846K - if there’s any pics out there).

Also spotted a 570 with blue camo bits, didn’t look as OTT as the 600LT, so maybe a facelift?
Cheers,

Possibly!
They're out so I can't ask them yet.

I was in the bathroom and couldn't see what was in the air, only overheard a bit of what they were saying. Mind you, that news article say the Red Arrows will be there tomorrow only, so maybe it wasn't them unless they do a practice run :?

I'm annoyed I couldn't see what it was, could certainly hear it and it's not the normal sort of thing to hear.

But what a random car to fly into the U.K. on holiday to show off with. It’s not exactly rare round these parts is it...

Probably has an identical one in the ME, and uses the plate over here for traffic/congestion/parking offences... Good idea really 🤭

This morning I saw an RS6 with the registration M3 RAY. Poor Ray. He changed his car but couldn't afford the R56 Ray registration he so desperately wanted.
