Funnily enough I'm probably the only one on this thread who actually gets paid to do scientific research with univiersities.

It’s that beautiful simplicity of the conspiracy theory. Anything that disproves the theory is dismissed as being part of the conspiracy. Perfect logic loop.

We'd managed to avoid it up to now, but Covid has struck - me and the mrs have it! I had a temp last night and felt a bit rough but not too bad. Nothing like what people had a year or so ago to thankfully!

Tbf - feeling a little rough (which is all it is now) isn't really the issue. It's not being able to take my little boy to preschool that's the real problem. So all of us are stuck in the house for a week, which is going to suck!

I came out of quarantine in Indonesia yesterday. So landed in Jakarta on Thursday, a PCR test when I landed and another Sunday morning and then allowed to fly to Batam.

It’s strange, the control landing in Indonesia was excellent, just places to wait for 5 minutes for the queues to go, efficient checks of Visas, PCR results, new tests etc meant from landing to leaving the airport was only 90mins.

It does irk me that anyone who decides they don't want the jab(s) is immediately labelled anti-vax. The two things aren't automatically linked IMO.

Also, someone needs to have a word with Trudeau, he's losing the plot..

What circumstances would an individual not want the Jab but not be Anti-Vax ?

Edit - I think these day's, Anti-Vax just means Anti Covid Vaccinations, not in general , all vaccinations etc
