Merry Christmas to all of you - I’d happily entertain any of you lot for Christmas lunch. Though make sure you ask after 25 December, yeah?
My wife bought a pricey M&S turkey crown which was nice (I used the grill to brown the skin at the end; generally their cooking instructions leave it pallid) and a cheap gammon from Tesco. The gammon did not look exciting at all but tasted divine, quite bizarre.
Had a lovely day talking loudly because my dad is getting a bit deaf. But I am hoping we can start to wind back the ‘entertain the kids’ thing since the youngest is now 19 and the older two don’t even live with us. By 23 I was cooking Christmas lunch for my friends. I’d quite like to have a peaceful Christmas with just my wife!
Happy Christmas everyone

Not sure I'd swap places, mind.

We had Japanese food this year. It was delicious
Apologies for the weird orientation. Can’t be bothered fixing it.

Got some snow up in Leeds. Hope everyone had a splendid one.

After two days hosting with a total of three kids under four, and a day being hosted with five kids under six, I'm delighted to have returned home just the three of us this morning. The house suddenly seems eerily quiet.

Boxing Day Dip done for the scout group. Wasn’t as bad as I expected- sea wasn’t exactly warm but nowhere near as cold as I expected

Hope everyone had a good one. Didn't seem to stop yesterday even though my in-laws were cooking/hosting but Christmas with a 3 year old is as exhausting as you'd expect. Puppy just adds to the chaos!
Got some family and friends round tonight for our traditional Boxing Day evening. Looking forward to not doing any work until next year!

If you get all wobbly-lipped about the opinion of Internet strangers, maybe it's time to take a bath with the toaster as you'll never amount to sh1t anyway.

Incedentally, I'm too lazy to send cards so I donate to RNLI instead. My grandfather supported them all through his life so it's something close to my heart.
I made the donation in the name of Pritipatel Isacunt.
