I imagine if he wasn't surrounded by the toxic influence of his dad, Horner and Marko, he might not be so bad.

10000% this. He needs to mature away from their influence. Look how decent a bloke Seb turned into once he left Red Bull. He went from being a bit of a spoilt brat kid to probably the nicest guy on the F1 grid.
If you get all wobbly-lipped about the opinion of Internet strangers, maybe it's time to take a bath with the toaster as you'll never amount to sh1t anyway.

I saw something interesting on PH today - since the FIA brought in a drivers licence points system in 2014 4 out of the top 5 highest penalty points "earners" have been from the Red Bull/Toro Rosso family

Did Seb turn out nice because he left Red Bull or was it just once he realised he's no longer fighting for a championship and thus there's no real point being a cunt on track. Same happened to Schumacher. Same happened to Alonso. Rosberg turned into a bit of a dick that year he had the opportunity and eventually won.

If you watch the driver press conferences you can see this with seb. When he’s not fighting for wins he’s a genuinely funny charismatic guy, when he’s up there going for championships he’s a moody teenager

Good strategy from Red Bull in Q3. Although with Verstappen kind of being forced into starting the race on the softs he'd probably have been able to get to the front off the start if starting a place or two back anyway.

I think I'd want to be starting second if Hamilton anyway, especially with Max on softs. Reduce any chance of a first lap incident and then just push Max hard until his tyres drop off like the last race.

Looking forward to it! I'd like to see a battle tomorrow. Also looking forward to the new cars next year too.
