Re: Good website for picture hosting
I'm sure somebody else recently asked this - and the answer was Flickr. Which I am also now using - seems ok.
Re: Good website for picture hosting
I couldn't get Flickr to embed only link but someone else mentioned ImgBB which worked straight away.
I suspect the Flickr issues were me.

In the album option (once you've added the pic to the album), you need of course to ensure the pic is public, then take the short URL from the Share menu, then the https URL from the Embed option and place the lot between url tags. That works for me. Take the pics from the roll call with pics thread as an example.

Imgur here too, quite easy to use.
Re: Good website for picture hosting
Copy and paste from the other thread on this subject - how to post photos from Dropbox.
1. Right-click on the photo in your Dropbox folder on your PC and select 'Copy Dropbox Link';
2. Paste into the normal [ img ] things;
3. Change the 'dl=0' at the end of the link to 'raw=1';
4. That's it.

I use imgur which works fine for posting stuff then and there, but from the mobile app at least I can't see a way to add photos to an existing album.

If you press the share button and then slide the options over there's an "add to album" button.integrale_evo wrote: ↑Sun Apr 15, 2018 10:41 pm I use imgur which works fine for posting stuff then and there, but from the mobile app at least I can't see a way to add photos to an existing album.
