Ravi Jeyendran if anyone wants to do some further sleuthing….

@Barry I think met up with him previously (?)
Hope he's ok. He's a good guy. I met him a few years ago in Cumbria and he took me for a blast in the SZ.

Gavin wrote: Mon Aug 09, 2021 12:46 pm That reminds me; i was going to dig out a CAR issue with the SZ article and copy for someone on the old EVO forum who had one. Did they move across to OV9?

I might actually get into the attic soon so could actually manage it.
Ravi joined but then went quiet.

I still follow him on the twitters, but he hasn’t had any activity there for 3yrs+ :? Hope he is OK.

Edit: unless you were talking about Bryn (with both SZ and RZ)
Yeah, think it was Ravi.

There's at least 10 times more issues in my loft than I ever remember buying. Boxes of them everywhere!
Cheers,

Mike.

Reading this had reminded me I've not spoken to him in ages either, a little concerning. I'll do some digging.

Facebook has a memory repost, from July 26th. Not much traffic otherwise.

Still got all mine issue 1 to current. Suppose at some point I may choose to offload them but it will be years yet.

I'm sure I've seen a few things in my Facebook feed where Ravi commented on other posts, and he did indeed post a memory on 26 July and 'RIP Robert Opron' (stylist of the SZ) in April. I think he may just not be a particular social media whore.

Glad to hear that Jobbo...

Ravi was great for local Cumbrian weather when I went climbing... :)
