My dad died when I was only 11 and previous to that he worked away so didn’t get to spend that much time with him. I do however have very fond memories of watching the zz top eliminator video album on Betamax

I've just watched "That little ol' band from Texas" on Netflix. Superb stuff. They've made some great music. Especially in the 70's.
