Tbf, any colour scheme is not your colour scheme thoughSundayjumper wrote: ↑Wed Jul 14, 2021 10:10 am Not my colour scheme but I can’t argue with the spec, that’s excellent.
I'm offended by that, one of my favourite cars is black !Swervin_Mervin wrote: ↑Wed Jul 14, 2021 10:16 am

LCI means facelift, so how could it be both?Swervin_Mervin wrote: ↑Wed Jul 14, 2021 10:16 am The idea of a facelifted pre-LCI manual 335i is highly appealing to me. All the best bits of both interations.
It's been a few years since we had an E91. Am I correct in remembering that the LCi lost hydraulic steering?Jobbo wrote: ↑Wed Jul 14, 2021 12:24 pmLCI means facelift, so how could it be both?Swervin_Mervin wrote: ↑Wed Jul 14, 2021 10:16 am The idea of a facelifted pre-LCI manual 335i is highly appealing to me. ETA: ah, you mean that it's been physically changed to the facelift style front and rear.
Correct Jim. Hence why you'd want the pre-LCI. But the grille of the LCI is far preferable to the moustachioed earlier models.Jimexpl wrote: ↑Wed Jul 14, 2021 12:30 pmIt's been a few years since we had an E91. Our sensible car for a couple of years was a pre-lci ‘06 325i (2.5) for a while. It drove well but you had to cane it everywhere to make progress.Swervin_Mervin wrote: ↑Wed Jul 14, 2021 3:04 pmCorrect Jim. Hence why you'd want the pre-LCI.
