I hope it's England and Belgium in the final.

France have looked the most impressive to me so far.

8-) What a time to be alive.

Couple of great days of football, chuffed England have made it to the semis. It's all good whatever happens now, but a final would be amazing of course.

Belgium are the best team in it for me.

Croatia will be tough, hopefully that extra time and pens will have taken it out of them. 50/50 who goes through I reckon.

What nonsense. You'd rather see the knuckle-dragging cheat nations go through? Colombia, for example?

Sorry JL, not clear - I meant any of the last 4, other than France (England, Belgium, Croatia - yep, France -bugger off and die in a freak yachting accident)

But I'm not bitter...

I would love England to win, absolutely love it!!

However, If it was Croatia or Belgium, I'll be disappointed for my other half and my boy but they're good sides who deserve to win.

If France end up winning I'll be very disappointed as a bitter Irishman with a massive chip on very small shoulders because the cheating fvckers kept us out of the 2010 competition through blatant cheating.

Really? I thought that much of the first half was pretty end to end. Second half didn't really get going, but after the goal it all got a bit tense.

It was never going to make a difference which way it went though, it's all about tomorrow. Surely France vs Croatia would be an anti-climax for a neutral compared to France vs England? :? In terms of the story at least; whoever goes through will be underdogs but at least England and France have had a few battles over the centuries. :D

Bugger.

Well if England go through it’ll be like a video game, “and now you must face the final boss”, which is ten times harder than any of the previous ones.

I still enjoyed it but more goals required for a classic. Hazard is amazing to watch 8-)

I thought the game was very scrappy TBH. Was willing Belgium on to win it as I think they'd have been easier to beat, but hey ho. I think I knew that France would win as they've just been the better side this WC.

I've recruited some Germans to support us tomorrow here. Reckon the final will be painful if we win this one tho.
