Yeah, yellow card at least for simulation. That is more like the Italian team we know. Cheat and cheat and dive.

It’s not the only reason I have no interest in football, but it is farcical.

With today’s technology it’s EASY to review incidents and separate genuine fouls from bullshit cheating. I get the argument that you don’t want to slow down play, so review them afterwards and apply match bans, chunky fines to teams and percentage-of-salary based fines to players so it hurts.

For the money behind the game I am sure controversy makes them as much or more profit, so whatever. But a sport where games can be won by the most talented actors/cheats and it’s condoned - is stoopid.

I'm not a footballist but for me this carry on can be solved quickly by adopting a boxing style count; if they're rolling around in agony for more than 10 seconds they're clearly unfit to continue so they're off.

Harry Maguire is a local lad and at Christmas he buys the OAPs in the village a food hamper each. And that is just about my total knowledge of the England team :)

I wonder how many people who said they wouldn’t be supporting the team because they’re big woke snowflakes are sticking to their guns

I'm sure the school appreciates the flood of emails of support from flag shagging twitter weirdos though.

The comments said it was on their FB page still, maybe they took down the twitter page only.

At the end of the day, anything that goes viral is going to be seen by nutters and so will get complaints from someone. The price of fame. :-)
