Not too different to writing a reference to 1989 on Chinese social media and getting your comment removed. It's a fine line but it is censorship.
How about not having a sig at all?

It would be interesting to see what the complainers make of Frankie Boyle's stand up where he talks at length about how all the MPs are paedos and there are children trapped in the walls of Westminster, or he hopes someone in the audience gets arse cancer and recovers only to discover via being arse raped that it's come back.

If it happened in a pub and everyone called him a cunt and the landlord threw him out and barred him would you think any different? Whether you agree with it or not Twitter's platform is entirely their's to police however they wish, whether anyone likes it or not.

He got loads of complaints for Tramadol Nights, not sure if it was as many as Chris Morris got for the peado episode of Brasseye but it must've been close

The way things are today, Lozza Fox would be organising protests against the pub

Totally apples and oranges and incorrect. There are terms of service which specifically delineate what you can and cannot say and declarations that other than that you can post freely.

I quote: "censorship is not a part of our mission or platform. We only suspend an account or ask you to remove content where there is a violation of our rules".

Outside of that under their ToS you are entitled to expect not to be arbitrarily banned for content a moderator subjectively does not like and which they could not prove breached any of their rules.

Terms Of Service do what they say on the tin. They provide a service (though free they are selling advertising to you) and they have terms on which you can post on their site. The pub has no such terms and discretion is entirely with the landlord.

This stuff is their whole USP FFS.

Are they as bad as people say they are?
They're not pleasant but its over quickly. My two kids are self-testing every week now, so if my 13 year old girl can do it herself, I'm sure you'll survive.
Cheers,

I'd think the landlord was unhinged and probably not return to that pub if it helps.

Or the first one, if it affects you that way.

Or neither if they don't.

Evidence based science, wonderful isn't it. I take it you didn't suffer a blood clot, Broccers?
I have a yearly flu jab - the first had less effect than that. The second really did noticeably make me shattered, no other issues like blood clots to the brain etc :

When you have your 2nd one you'll be more equipped to comment :)
Brilliant. Your sole experience is now, in your view, universal

 Well I do have a chunk of my pro bono hours target to meet, though I'm not sure he qualifies as a charitable cause that would be within the normal remit...

A million times this. Piss taking humour is what creates character. We don’t want a world full of soft cunts and we don’t want a world of people who can’t offend if the situation requires it.

It’s what creates character and a team.

There’s a bit of a difference between character building piss taking and suggesting that an 18 year old girl you’ve never met needs a good fucking to see the error of her ways.

Wow, you got all that from the tweet? I thought the premise was around the fact that a sexually active teenager has a use for single use 'plastic'?

I admit I only scan read the Kent online article, and not the original tweet so maybe I'm wrong.

Shirley Lee Hurst should be banned from Twitter for falsely descibing himself as a comic?
