Re: Love Island
On principle I refuse to watch any "reality" TV. Just don't see the allure of watching people being idiots (irrespective of whether the answer is yes/yes/yes or not).

This. Don’t think I’ve watched any reality show since the first celeb in the jungle thing.DeskJockey wrote: ↑Tue Jul 03, 2018 2:46 pm On principle I refuse to watch any "reality" TV. Given your love of Big Brother, I'm surprised you and Mudge aren't all over this.Broccers wrote: ↑Tue Jul 03, 2018 12:05 pm Here you go
I went to the pub to watch 2nd half of last nights excellent kick ball - who wouldve thought Japan were close to winning that? Anyway, when I got back home Love Island was on the box. I have never seen a single episode of this shizzle - after 10 mins of staying or recoupling I expressed how wank it was on a whattsap chat with a group of mates..... who slowly came out as fans of it
Any other closet Islanders here? Or am I missing out on some smoking fanny on tv? (Didnt see much altho Megan? was acceptable).

Rev is correct. I didn't expect to enjoy it but it's like Big Brother before it got samey or constrained by trying not to hurt the snowflakes' feelings. Last night's show was a corker.

Re: Love Island
I don't have TV and I'm not going to the effort of streaming it so I guess I'll just have to let this cultural phenomenon pass me by.

Re: Love Island
I have a tv I don’t have an aerial or cable or whatever though. Don’t see the point when I stream everything anyway. It’s not miserable hipsterism .

Yes I said that. I don’t have a traditional tv service though. It’s not that hard to follow Rich.

Yes, there was literally no clearer way to impart that information other than your post saying you don't have TV, which frankly was only possible to construe one way.
