The EU have really fucked this up haven't they? I was giving them some slack after Brexit but actually this is showing them to be a proper mess. Interesting that early on the Government were criticised for not electing to take part in the EU vaccine purchase program.

These bullyboy tactics are no surprise to me, having seeing at second hand, through family and friends, how they behaved following Ireland's Bailout in 2008. All concern, altruism etc went out the window.
