World Cup
Either post pictures of how good your drive was on the empty roads, or discuss the finer points of Southgate's squad selection, it's up to you

Re: World Cup
What was Wenger thinking, sending Walcott on that early?

The thing about Arsenal is that they always try and walk it in.

Re: World Cup
Wife keeps talking about “we” when discussing the England match. I have to keep reminding her that she’s Welsh and her team didn’t qualify.

Wanted England to win tonight, but it's not really something to get too upset about. We're a fair to middling team but we're capable of giving good teams a game at least, a shame that the nation got a bit carried away after beating two very poor teams but given our recent tournament record understandable I suppose.
Colombia are a good team so it will be tough in the second round but hopefully a good game at least.
Re: World Cup
We rested our good players on the bench tonight though. So that we didn't win, but looked like we tried to, at least.
O/H is Brazilian and gets very very animated over the Brazil games. She was overjoyed at Germany going out, especially considering their 7-1 thrashing 4 years ago. If Brazil play England in any of the knockout games things are gonna turn ugly in my house.

Can only meet Brazil in the final, so I think you're probably safe.

Safe from England vs Brazil ugliness.

I think it's always "we" win, but "they" lost.NotoriousREV wrote: Thu Jun 28, 2018 9:09 pm Wife keeps talking about “we” when discussing the England match. I have to keep reminding her that she’s Welsh and her team didn’t qualify.
