So my mate recently swapped out his 991.2 manual GT3 for this: new 992 Turbo S.
I got 20 minutes in it yesterday.
TLDR
Fast, too fast!?
So it’s firm, firmer than expected and more than happy to pootle about changing gears itself, let it all warm up and the first time
I booted it I was genuinely shocked, no fuss just crazy, 20-80mph is absolutely ridiculous, a quick google afterwards reckoned 0-124mph in 8.9 ffs

The 911 is a big car now, the interior doesn’t seem that much bigger than my 996, the tech is light years ahead obviously but it’s still small inside but it is no longer a small car!
I was decidedly meh at the photos, in the metal it’s stunning, the back end which looks too high is fine, all 911’s seem to do the same trick tbh.
You have all read the reviews, a consummate all rounder with performance that being honest is totally useable in the real world.
By two boys, 6 and 12 both preferred the GT3. They ain’t wrong.
His reasons for the change were understandable, too low, too hard but at over 170k and that’s light on the options..
I would absolutely have one, who wouldn’t but for me it’s the RWD one with the NA and the manual.
Also for a car that expensive, it turned no heads, go out in an huracan and you are “famous”
