Re: Your fleet running reports

The stalk is the cheap & easy bit to try (if I was even vaguely organized I'd know where the one I've got from when I fitted cruise is  The kits are cheap enough you could fit cruise so if it isn't the stalk it's still had a positive outcome, easier & lazier toing and froing targas). ...

Re: Your fleet running reports

My Fabia left hand indicator still isn't working. My local garage are 90% sure it's the bcm. The hazards work fine, as do the right hand indicators and the main beam controls on the stalk. Here are some videos from when I got back home from the garage and had a play around. The indicators started in...

Nice. Have done one grass-based event but the sections were much shorter than that. Still a massive giggle though.

Giving it to Keir Starker from the start there. And I hope his suit survived.

It's be a bugger if you were one who kept your belt on all the time but the turbulence hit when you were taking a crap.

Re: Rum Fred

The only rum I remember drinking is Barcelo 151, when I went to the Dominican Republic. Over two weeks our Cuba Libres became much more rum and much less coke. I bought a bottle home, left it in the cupboard for years and if I checked I expect I would find I have got rid of it. Which is a shame as I...

@Gavster - one for your diet challenge? (though judging by your current paleo one this might be even worse for your energy levels?)

Re: Meaty goodness

So literally just meat, butter, salt and pepper has passed your lips, food wise? And only water to drink? I commend your efforts and the results are amazing.

Re: Running

Yeah I’d assumed he was doing the junior one  He’s getting some pace as well. PB so far is 30m45. I reckoned a month or so ago that he’ll be under 30 mins by the end of this year. I think I’ll revise that to some time over summer. Amazing given he’s the shortest in his class at 4’, running n...

Re: Running

Yeah it did seem a decent atmosphere. 600 people! Nice. I've started doing our local one again with my 8 year old boy. I last did it when I was pushing his older sister around in a running buggy. Yup, the middle one and me are frequent users of our junior park run. Got a fair few kids from our scho...
