Cheers everyone. She loved people, was particularly fond (and tolerant) of kids. We think one of her previous homes must have had a cat too, as she always loved it when we met one whilst out on a walk.

We’re down to one now > our German Shepherd (now four). They weren’t best buddies tbh, but it’s been funny how the Shep sensed Luna’s illness and weakening state, and switched into protection mode. Wouldn’t let her go out to the toilet on her own ...

Our Luna visited the vet for the final time today.
We were advised they believed she was 3 when we picked her up from the rescue centre – we were already her 3rd family, so she’d had a fairly unsettled time. Based on that she’d have been just 11 in a couple of weeks.
