Re: Decent car YouTubes

He’s 61/62 non? :?

Dan is 69 AICMFP.

Born March 1974 according to Companies House, so there are some very variable ages around if he could be 7 years younger than Dan or 61/62

Have I missed the details on this? Link please!

I didn't really add much as can't be bothered to work out how to add photos (I just emailed them to Jobbo 😂).

It's white with a black roof and black alloys (I didn't think that last part through properly ...

Re: Harry’s Garage

That lightweight pack is utterly unnecessary so you’d save £30k not going for that.

This jumped out at me as utterly ludicrous.... 22kg saving for £30k

I couldn't immediately locate details on the breakdown of that 22kg - it appears that around 6kg (total) is from the switch to ...

Re: Mental Health

Sorry to read this Barry.

Mate of mine had a bit of a crisis early forties and made some decisions that ripped his family (wife & 2 kids) to bits. His son has had some real challenges and reached out to me for help/guidance for a 2 year period - I was very glad to step in and help, but really ...

you would hope an Evo evening isnt full of people who cant drive, or worse, people that cant handle the power of their stage 3 Audi s3.

Re: track day insurance

It does say accident damage caused by you or another individual on track.

Im not sure they can go after 3rd parties tracks days are pretty much at your own risk?

That was my understanding from my policies in the past. Everyone insures themselves, but you can't claim from 3rd parties in the ...

Re: track day insurance

Is that about normal these days, or does it sound steep? Do most of you bother insuring for a single evening, or do you just accept the risk and drive within your limits? Any recommendations?

I expect there are too many variables for people to really advise on the value of that quote - unless ...

Even at £8,500 I doubt he's making a profit on that - he's done quite a bit of work to it hasn't he? The bare-metal respray would consume a large part of that asking price if it's been done well.

ETA I prefer it on the original Porsche alloys:
