Yes, but the amount you sacrifice still goes fully into your pension. You (and your employer) just get a hit in the pocket, unless you decide to reduce your contributions, which may well happen of course. I'd bet the bigger knock on effect will be how employers try and save the extra NI costs that ...

I reckon Lipo & Onley, and Roglic to an extent fighting it out as well. There's still the Col du Pre & Cormet de Roseland first, so UAE and Visma going full gas up those will thin things out pretty quickly leaving the leaders to fight it out to the finsh if they want. I recon Pog will want the stage win on Ventoux as a minimum, it'd be an iconic image round the last bend and up to the summit in the yellow jersey.

I think Pogacar will want more stage wins if he can which will possibly take more out of Vingegaard. If he stays fit and competitive then Cavs record will probably go, as will the record for overall victories.
