Re: Bye Bye Sunak..
I'm not a natural Labour voter but objectively they are the right choice. I agree with Jobbo here As I've said previously, we need a majority Labour government and give them the full 5 year term. Personally, I won't accept any "It's not our fault, we inherited a basket case from the Tories&quo...

Rwanda capacity so small that it's not a disincentive. 200 people per year capacity. Look at the last table here and you can see that crossings have increased this year apart from Feb which we had non stop storms so the message most certainly isn't getting across the way the government thinks it sho...

Re: Vehicle Lifespan Caps
Hilariously, just from skimming through that it seemed like they found lifespan caps for BEVs effective because of their battery degradation but no real gain on ICE as they maintain the same efficiency.

Sounds conflicted? Multi terrain vehicle designed for exploring the world and going to remote places but then has such a limited range you probably struggle to leave your own country let alone go exploring some far flung place which probably doesn’t have a supercharger

I for one am already looking forward to buying an f40 with all the extra money I as a normal boring working person will have after a couple of years of labour government 😎 I think the point is, whilst you won't get an F40 with either colour government, hopefully you won't be paying for one of the P...

Re: Bye Bye Sunak..
Labour just made up some figure to pledge to climate change, realised the money for it doesn’t exist then had to backtrack 😂 They’re all shite. Hopefully Starmer will be less shite. I’m curious how he will be as a leader and the one actually making leading decisions. So far he just sits on fence for...

Re: Seatbelts on planes
The altitude of the troposphere varies a significant amount. Close to the equator it’s very high and planes can’t climb high enough to avoid the worst of the turbulence. Europe and America are pretty ideal in terms of low turbulence as the planes can get above the weather. This graphic of the tropop...

Yep, person dies from heart attack. But wat about the seatbeltz 🙄 You know that there are 104 injured, 58 of those are in hospital, and 20 of those in intensive care, right? Most of them with injuries resulting from being throw into - and in some cases literally inside of - the overhead lockers/sto...

I’ve registered a new address with Royal Mail a few years ago, it was just an online form and don’t recall any fees.
Presume if there’s no address with the council either then no council tax

Re: Rum Fred
Not much of a rum drinker but I am a Malibu whore. I'll happily sip on a bottle of that across a day so I have a self imposed rule of never buying it now.

Something about the stitching down the centre of the seats makes me feel uncomfortable. Looks like someone that's just come out of A&E I think.

What if you live in a quite central location in the city and want to get out? And most people usually can have one 1 permit. And if you live in the city you don’t need a small car because public transport. Might as well have something nice. See why so many people in London have a Range Rover/911/Ben...

I find the Brembo stuff to be fine but they do a wide range of products. Even for the Tesla the basic discs were £150 ish each up to £500 each for the good ones. Obviously left the old ones on there at that price  I ordered some ATE discs for the rear of the 6 series as I remember my independen...

I find it nuts that there’s an actual village and houses within the circuit there. Can you imagine that in the UK. You’d have some cvnts move in then try to close the track over the noise.

I think I read about that too somewhere, then again I presume it's actually better for them to not refuel if the airplane can do a round trip safely because they produce fuel domestically so can refill for a fraction of what it would cost to refuel here. I just looked up their petrol prices for inte...

Re: No F1 thread?
Felt to me like Lando’s engineer hampered his chances quite a bit towards the end. Told him to go wider or something on a particular turn, Lando then pushed the car too much for the next lap and cooked the tyres. Had to fall back for a few laps before trying again but out of laps by then.
