Re: RS5
My M2 (and the e92 M3) only had 220ish mile range, it was noticeable how much less time i spent in petrol stations when i got the van. I was filling at least once a week.

Re: The Motorbikerist Thread
It’s a great shape from the side isn’t it - the tyre size gives the game away from the other angles(!), but very cool thing for a 17 year old.
Re: Trump
Foreign policy is a whole other can of worms, but withholding medical treatment from your own citizens to blackmail them is insane.
Re: Trump
i don’t get why this isn’t a much more prominent story, i’ve not even found it on the bbc yet:
JD Vance announced on Wednesday that the Trump administration would “temporarily halt” more than a quarter-billion dollars in Medicaid reimbursements to the state of Minnesota, escalating Donald Trump’s ...

Re: Bye bye Starmer
The margin was too big for it being a protest vote, it was a win.
However, i think it has opened the door to future protest voting. All of a sudden there’s an “alternative” option getting a chunk of their own votes, with their own policies and candidates, with a leader that isn’t as bland as ...

Re: Bye bye Starmer
What i don’t get, is why politicians are able to move parties without triggering a by-election. If i had voted for Robert Jenrick as a Tory for instance (then i’d punch myself in the face), I’d be pretty fucked off with him moving to Reform and effectively taking my vote with him to back a party i ...

Re: Bye bye Starmer
Crikey, am I too old or just tired of people drawing 2000 conclusions from a mid term by-election result? We've had this for the last 30 years that I remember voting in.
You can draw exactly zero inference of an election in 2029 of a by election in Feb '26. None.
You may have noticed over the ...

Absolutely, 28.7% of the votes could definitely be described as sectarian.Jobbo wrote: Fri Feb 27, 2026 1:06 pmFarage referred to cheating - must be this he's talking about:

Re: Your fleet running reports
If we’re talking whole tank averages, i could get to 34mpg hypermiling my M2 (thought the tank was tiny), but it averaged 26.5mpg over 30k daily miles..

Re: Your fleet running reports
Your missus is a keeper Steve, if i told my missus that we were going to do a long journey in a new car and she had to check the OBD reader every 10 minutes because it might break down, she would probably tell me to fuck off! Especially when you probably have 5 other cars that would do the job fine!

Re: Your fleet running reports
i took the Lotus out for a quick spin to see how it had faired over the winter. Aside from a little mould on the seatbelts (i’ve ordered a dehumidifier bag) and a few new paint bumps on the spoiler (i’ll probably get a few bits resprayed this year) it was ok. it started and drove beautifully! Even ...

Could be £350/pair if they have a 20% promo again soon.
Car made it down to the coast absolutely fine ...

i 100% take your point too - it’s pretty disgusting seeing people with huge privilege taking advantage and operating above the laws they have a hand in creating.

Big Brother Charles was very good chums with Saville, perhaps this, or at least the sh1t show that follows will rid us of a constitutional monarchy, leave them a wee house each, take the rest back and just make them museums, or the world's most expensive hotels for idiot rich people to stay in.

Fair.
they just looked like diesel S line estates.
Claim disputed.
