Do the pit stop locations have to be Karenable too ?? :)
Fortunately not. Just need to have gas and clean restrooms
Oh good - I’ve only Greyhounded in America and the standards were, well, mixed..

New article on Supercar Migration: Part 1 just posted: https://karenable.com/supercar-migration-part-1/ Comments? Cool road trip, you seemed to stop for petrol a lot. We're the cars that thirsty or was it more to give the drivers a break? Deal with Mrs. SSO is we would stop every 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

Re: SSO Blogs

Great read. And interesting as I have been musing (dreaming) whether a Rapide, or maybe a Panamera, might be practical enough to be considered family-useable. Unless you’re rich enough to actually not give a shit about cost/damage/security, using something like a Rapide for family life just sounds ...

Were any of the front-engined jobs classed as front-mid-engined? Interested to know if that made any difference.
I believe the 599 GTB would qualify as front mid. It didn't make a difference.

Re: SSO Blogs

Interesting to read. Although your continued character assassination on the mind bendingly gorgeous XJR-15 is regretable  Is there any one who loves driving, and all practicalities aside, not love a mid-engined over any other configuration? If I'd studied dynamics and such I could probably mak...

Re: No Longer the New New Thing

It sounds like the simplest thing with these hybrid super cars is just to connect them to power when parked up and spend a few grand getting a automatic generator connected to the garage - which is probably something you’d want anyway if you live somewhere with frequent power cuts. We actually are ...

Re: McLaren sales experience

For instance, I find it odd that since you have purchased several new McLarens, you are not even considered to be “allowed” to buy a Speedtail. I certainly was considered for a Speedtail but knew up front that it was unlikely I would get one. For the Speedtail there was a pretty clear order of prio...

I don't seem to remember @SSO having any issues with customer service, but is there an actual issue here?
I have never had any issues with McLaren. I certainly don't get any special treatment nor would I rank as one of their top VIP customers (I am not getting a Speedtail).

But SSO owns 83% of the cars McLaren has ever made
I wish as that would mean I have 88 McLaren F1s worth a total of 1.76 Billion.

Re: Supercar Micro Manufacturers

You're pretty generous in your assessment of the Brabham. As much as I'd like an Antipodean supercar enterprise to be successful I'm struggling to see what it brings to the table unless it's unexpectedly successful in the new LeMans category. As I said, I do have a bit of a bias as David is a frien...

Bifocal/Trifocal bit was interesting on the Macca's fancy IP.

He went a bit David Vivian with the phrasing, no offence to your Bro. ;)

Well, he does have a degree in English.
