MikeHunt wrote: Tue Nov 25, 2025 12:25 pm They did mention the Elise while talking about the Ulitma, which is a bit unfair on the Ulitma based on what ive seen of Dans car.

I think they also mentioned @SSO aston blogs?
Did they actually mention the blog or just discuss the article?

Porsche’s Q1-Q3 2025 Results: Limp Mode

Porsche released their Q1-Q3 2025 results this week. A quick glance at the P&L and it is clear why they wanted to get the announcement of the new CEO out before these results were released. Here's the analysis:

As we are discussing Emira+ in this thread - Lotus released their Q2_25 Results a few days ago.

We could do with an @SSO breakdown, but $218MM loss cited for the first half of the year, with sales figures dropped significantly over the same period in 2024. (20% drop in lifestyle EV's, and 64 ...

Re: Aston Martin & Maserati's 2024 Results

AML's neighbor has completely lost the plot.

Also in my view yes, but Richard Porter's opinion that Jaguar hasn't been making money in many years and why keep on trying to be BMW when it's not profitable also makes sense.

Trying something new and different makes sense, running blindly off ...

Re: Aston Martin & Maserati's 2024 Results

Messy indeed.

You'd have though with Ferrari's intention to limit supply and send their prices to the moon that would leave room for Aston and Maserati to grab the odd customer.

But not enough.

AMLs ability to raise cash with escalating trade wars must be causing sleepless nights in Gaydon. Not ...

It's actually the opposite. When you have an asset of that value, you want to be able to use it in a variety of situations.

Re: Ferrari’s Full Year 2024 Results – Simply Lovely

Money, money, money! Nice summary and, as I can attest having just come back from a few days in Venice, “style” and “passion” are still two very important aspects of the Italian culture.

Also, if you don’t mind me asking; I notice you always add you don’t own shares in Ferrari (and other car ...

Morning, always good to read your experiences :D

You said the 993 Turbo had a habit of shimmering at high speed, did you mean shimmying? Sounds like there was something very wrong with it!

The Mosler always sounds like a fab car 8-)

On the suspension, it's just the 993 Turbo. Suspension was very good on the 993 C4

Matty will be happy with your first entry on the Surprising Good list!

Re: Someone had a bad day...

F40 vs f360

F40 weighs 300kg less, has 77bhp more, 150lb/ft more, 150mm shorter wheelbase and 335 rear tyres. Also no traction control of any sort, no abs, no power steering.

F40 is 100% down to drivers skill or lack there of. While the turbo lag on a F40 is rather significant, it's also quite ...
