I've ticked over 10,000 miles since buying my Merc this week.
That's a heck of a lot of miles in a week ! ;)

Boxster in garage for exhaust fixing. No idea on cost.

Edit 70 quid, fixed.
What was it in the end? Just loose bolts?
Snapped off nuts X 3. The other side is missing 1 so will get that done in a few weeks at MOT time.

Re: Used Boxsters - Talk to me....

Had to check something the the local Porsche dealer today as the locking wheel nut key still hasn’t turned up so I was looking for the backup option of ordering a new key from them or just ditching them and getting non-locking bolts. 20 new bolts, £128. Hourly labour rate - £198 😃 They used to do g...

Re: Used Boxsters - Talk to me....

Good lordy. We were in Malmaison Newcastle this morning packing up to come home. Not used the car for days and I swore I'd left the keys under the TV...... Gone. Thinking this is going to cost me big time while throwing 2 large bags of clothes over the room they turned up. In her makeup bag. I was t...

Re: Your fleet running reports

This makes me laugh as you'll spend at least 250k on your kid. I mean look at the out house shed. A perfectly skilled individual effort plus materials that cost 2 grand. 😀👍 my kid is two. It’s pretty normal for a two year old to live at home and not have a job! (£2k! 😂😂😂😂 ) Sorry fella lad dude I v...

Re: Coronavirus

It's a massive Bloody con. The potential of anything is huge if you use percentages rather than individual dead people who probably died of something else. If it’s a con, what’s the end game? And how has every country in the world agreed to this master plan to dupe the entire population for some re...

Re: Your fleet running reports

Currently in Newcastle after driving 500 miles so far on holiday with my exhaust hanging off one side of the manifold. I'm not going to lie it's fuckin crap driving your sports car below 4k revs. On the plus side the weather so far has been tragic so keeping the roof up was a bonus. Super unleaded i...

Re: Coronavirus

It’s not a major disaster due to the massive efforts to keep deaths down. We are on about 1/10th of the expected deaths if there hadn’t been lockdown. Would 10% of the population of the world being wiped out by one new virus seem a major disaster? Sorry I'm firmly in the not buying it camp. You're ...

What’s the source for that, only asking as I heard 2.3% from somewhere but couldn’t find a source for that either.
Are you taking deaths or infection?

Yes you tell me the answer but question one thing. Worldwide deaths are less than 1 percent. How can that be such a major disaster? It’s not a major disaster due to the massive efforts to keep deaths down. We are on about 1/10th of the expected deaths if there hadn’t been lockdown. Would 10% of the...
