Re: Dogecoin etc

Strange year for the investments. The world really should go pop with all the debt. UK is getting squeezed big time so if you're not invested in something you're going to be very poor.

Maybe not Dogecoin hey 😁

Re: Mental Health

Wasn't sure whether to post this but figured it could be helpful. After years of different therapies and probably every kind of personal development technique known to man, there has always been a persistent and particularly stubborn issue, where talking therapy simply doesn't touch the sides. I ...

Buying this. And crypto on the way down.

Some of the stories are pretty cool from this. SpaceX paid all employees shares, it has resulted in 4,400 of them becoming millionaires. Lots of blue collar workers like welders included in that.
100 employees had to band together to get a group wealth manager to sort all the money out

Anyone in for the SpaceX IPO?

I had a tickle via Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust after it tanked during covid, it's about 20% of the Trusts holdings now and probably a big contributor to its 100% return over the last 3 years.

They do seem to be more advanced than even developed countries ...

Yes, they would be when profits are up.

There’s no point discussing this with you - I’ve already posted evidence of the economy growing in this thread last week. Do your own research, don’t just tell me I’m wrong when I’ve already proven my facts.

😂

Good lord dude.

Re: Bye bye Starmer

The economy is growing, that’s what they’ve done for my business. There’s economics activity and that means I have clients wanting me to do work for them.

Absolutely lost the plot. The economy isn't growing at all. They've done nothing for you by the way.

Ok, so the figures for my ...

The economy was already given a kick in the balls by Truss and Kwarteng. Under Starmer we’ve had the best economic growth in the G7 this year: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/clyprjddgj3o

Not sure ‘trashed’ is the right description. How’s the US economy doing? And reason why the U.K ...

I'm amused at the left forum not actually being outraged by anything going on. Your economy is being trashed by these lacklustre grifters.

Starmer being replaced by Burnham or our Ange?

If Burnham were already an MP, I think the formal process would have started by now for him to replace Starmer.

We risk a Streeting/Rayner fight with Streeting winning. I’d prefer Miliband to the lot of them - but I think losing a general ...

So, following on from the Mini's spate of unreliability, where in just the last 6 months, we've had..

-Failed diaphragm
-Failed PCV valve
-Failed VVT solenoids causing vast amounts of oil loss (suspect the garage fucked this up, TBF)
-Cracked oil filter housing, causing the car to dump all its ...

Bought two new tyres for the old boxster to match the fronts.

Sold mini.

Got a countryman coming who knows when as shortage of something important like wheels.

The new Countryman is a funky thing. I had no idea there was a delay on delivery currently. As BMW’s smaller cars have got uglier ...
