Re: Would you buy a Mat Armstrong car?

I think this co-lab will cost Matt a fair bit of his reputation. The owner is a massive cock.

Mate is the coolest car guy tho, no question.

It does feel like something is off about about whole setup. Maybe it's simply that Alex knows that due to the size of Mat's audience he'll get a load of ...

Re: Would you buy a Mat Armstrong car?

Okay fair enough, I don't do enough spannering

As for MA and the Bugatti, I think he's absolutely mental for doing it because I reckon that will be an unsaleable car at the end of it. In fact, I reckon that's why the dude who owns it said he'll offer it to Mat, he knows that's the only way ...

it was good fun to make and cool to have a bit of an adventure.

The thumbnail reminds me of what you were like 20 years ago. :D cracking vid, though. Is that one of your longest videos?

The thing with Gloucester services is that it prices out the chavs who'll keep driving down to Michaelwood ...

I've stopped at Donno services a few times over the years, it's not bad at all. Never thought to look out the back of it though.

Gloucester services similar - those sausage rolls (I assume similar across all that chain)? Two of them is definitely a bit much, I got hot ones, ooh, so much grease ...

You're all doing it wrong, last time I went to Italy I paid about £150 for return flights and about £50 a night for a little private villa overlooking the sea
Yep, that’s the difference when you’re paying for a whole family and including all the costs of the holiday.

Re: For the FAO of stereoists

That's a good point about the response, and if I'm happy with how they sound then probably best to stick with them, they do the job nicely.

It does blow me away how good 'cheap' speakers sound compared to 20 years ago. There seem to be so many budget brands around who make speakers that sound so ...

Thanks for the pointers Mikey, I was considering reducing the payments on on account, although looking at the numbers I reckon next tax year is going to be the same or higher income again, so it could just be kicking the can down the road.

Re: For the FAO of stereoists

Arrived today and they sound amazing (for £100), they're really warm with a full sound that fills my kitchen nicely. Kinda wondering if they're overkill and I should've gone for the smaller Majority or Sanyun's. Either way, I'm really impressed with the value for money.

First song when I hit play ...
