In hindsight would you have gone for a traditional ICE ?
Yes. Because most of the time, at 27mpg, I’m lugging around 300kgs of batteries for no real benefit.

Re: Harry’s Garage

I've never plugged the Panamera into a public charging point, not once in nearly 2.5 years. It's all I can be arsed to do to plug it in at home when the weather is shit. Last thing I want to do is fumble with fucking cables at Michael Wood services when we're stopping for the inevitable wifey comfo...

Re: The Watches Thread

That Rolex that Pete shows is actually quite tasteful. I don't go in for those normally but it reminds me of the silver-faced Seiko my Grandfather gave me shortly before he died in the early 80s. And yes, I still have it, although haven't worn it in years.

Re: Decent car YouTubes

The SP2 Monza clip is currently waiting in my 'watch later' list, something I now use on YouTube all the time, as well as specific play lists for dedicated subjects (guitar backing tracks are my latest favourite).

Re: Porsche Cayenne S review

I'm very much from the school of 'if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing' and hence my post count is very low, so I say this with genuine intrigue rather than any kind of malice - but I wonder why you bother? Are you trying to become a blogger / vlogger or whatever they're called? Or trying t...

Re: 2019 - A Year In Review & Plans for 2020

Got another busy year planned workwise and as for cars will start seriously considering a replacement for the Panamera once we're into summer. Last year was pretty good all told and this year I can already see the travelling commitments ramping up - have plans to do India and several US locations by...

Just need to swap out my GTX 1080 for a 3080 when they launch next year.
Straight 1080 or Ti? Assume the former but if the latter, I’d be interested.
