But not in itself a sexual offence is it? I can't quite grasp the logic of the magistrates but then we're not in full knowledge of the evidence.

yeah, Can you imagine trying to keep a sympathetic look on your face doing that interview!

That’s very sad. It was obviously an uncomfortable experience for the girl, but it does seem he needs help more than a custodial sentence - although, he hasn’t been sentenced yet.
