Our local news has just said the regions two main airports are running around 130 flights per week between them, down from 1300 odd on the week before lockdown.

I read something a few weeks ago saying that airlines were running empty flights because if they stopped flying all together they’d lose their spots at airports or something. Can’t be bothered to look it up.
