Dunno - I've got one but never used it
It's always the charcoal that gets used.
The Charcoal Go Anywhere uses so little charcoal it's ready to cook on in 10 minutes anyway.

It was dark, it was cold, I still BBQ'd.

That is all.

*bump*

Hit me with your slow roast beef recipes.
Thinking of this one tonight, ahead of a meal for Mum's birthday tomorrow night (I won't have time to do it tomorrow).

We need some pics. The last 2 months have been grim so no outdoor action.

Although I have fired up the wife's Valentine's Day present to run it in πŸ˜€

Anybody tempted to boost their BBQ cred by bidding for the Concorde engine being offered on eBay?

That beef looks superb.

I got a rotisserie for my BBQ at Christmas, I’m planning on doing a joint but the weather has been utterly crap and I’ve not got any cover I can BBQ under.

I've just bought a Tomahawk steak to reverse sear tomorrow.

A Solostove Campfire.

They make heater/campfires and stoves that supposedly can be used on areas you wouldn't normally have a open fire.

Surprising amount of heat for a little thing 😎

Envious, particularly after looking at my well-used Outback in the sun today!

That's a nice grill.

You've not done your lawn any favours by cropping it so close at this time of year though. If you set the deck too low then you'll chop into the meristematic tissues and put the sward on the back foot just when if needs the growth.

Take it easy height wise the first couple of cuts then you can bring it down a bit as the plants react to the new regime. As a rule of thumb, white is not a desirable colour.

HTH.

Nice one Duncs.
And I’m glad now that I didn’t cut our lawn too short today.

7hr bbq beef brisket was delicious. Well, 5 1/2 hours, then I finished it in the oven on low as I ran out of charcoal.

How big was it to be done in 7hrs?
