I never understand those strong foreign accents

My dad is a Virgin Media customer and had a call from them just before Xmas informing him that he's got speed issues and it's a hardware fault or potentially a virus but they'll help him resolve the issues.

My dad is not tech savvy and a smartphone is beyond him so after 10 minutes of looking for the hardware, he realises they are referring to a computer before announcing " you fucking donkey, I haven't even got a computer " and hung up.

As a TV and Landline customer he's still impressed with how courteous and professional they were
