I know it’s me but I have answered this...Jobbo wrote: ↑Thu Aug 08, 2019 3:05 pmAh, I see. Really surprised they can't do all the registration stuff before 1 Sept and deliver it to you early too, so you can drive it on the day.
Re: Yet Another New Car (Well on order)
Oh, I didn’t realise you worked for a Kia dealer now Dinny. Jez did say he could have it on a 19 plate if he wanted...
Re: Yet Another New Car (Well on order)
If had insisted on a 19 plate, he could have had it early...
Re: Yet Another New Car (Well on order)
Picked it up this morning and took it for a schlep around the Beachy Head loop. Love it!

Looks ace - a mate of mine was sales manager at Kia for a while and raved about these - wouldnt lend me one for the weekend so never tried it out.

Re: Yet Another New Car (Well on order)
Can see why, probably the first good car to come from Kia
How about not having a sig at all?
Re: Yet Another New Car (Well on order)
Looks great in that colour. Waaay better than the red ones all the press demonstrators were painted.
Re: Yet Another New Car (Well on order)
Why do Kia keep on going for names that begin with S!?

Re: Yet Another New Car (Well on order)
Fuck knows, it’s odd when manufacturers do that though. See Aston or Lotus or Mini. Then they inevitably end up running out of names so you end up with shit like Evija or Valkyrie...

Re: Yet Another New Car (Well on order)
Got to be honest, I don't really like the name, would be much better if it was a Kia GTS I think. However, you can overlook it purely based on the way it goes, VFM and all the kit it has as standard. A similarly spec'd BMW 340i would easily be £10K+ more than I paid for this.
