Basically, track day Friday, unofficial ‘OV9 Sprint Trophy’ Saturday, then Sunday a gentle drive to perhaps Bala for brunch, then ‘northern group’ can head east/north/home, and ‘southern group’ can head south (Elan Valley/Brecon Beacons/home) etc

This would mean most will have to take Thursday & Friday off work, although, from my experience with Javelin, if one would like to travel up on Friday morning and do the pm track day only (as practice for Saturday), as long as there’re spaces, Javelin would allow that.

Perhaps if we have a minimum of 10 people (here at OV9, or your car mates, TD groups, car clubs etc) happy to commit by 31st March, and pay by 7th April, I can speak to Javelin and ask them to throw in 4/5 garages for free on both days...... etc

Copy and paste below if interested (and what days etc)

Good initiative. Not that the Galaxy would be doing any hot laps anyway, but we've got a yearly camping weekend that bank holiday.

Am in Wales that weekend on a biking thing with some mates, around Llanbister way. Don't know off hand how far away that is and if it's meet-up-able.

The itinerary is probably too ambitious; we are not in our 20s anymore. Most people have other commitments and can’t drop them easily to have a three-day ‘selfish me’ weekend.

It’s good to daydream though  hence I said ‘just thinking out loud’.

£159 for Pembrey with open pit lane, it’s on my door step so was a no brainer.

Nice idea. Unlikely to be able to make it to the track aspects. Regarding the Sunday drive, maybe, though it's 4 hours to Bala and I'm already looking at possibly doing an Autosolo the Sunday before (blame Steve for this :D )

I could do with giving the Evora a run out so I may be able to make the Sunday....

If it’s a (south/mid) Wales run-out only then it’ll unlikely to be on Sun 2nd June for me, as it clashes with ‘Simply Porsche’ at Beaulieu.

Beaulieu or the vicinity of would be a lot handier for a meet for those in the South East...
