So I emailed VWFS to ask how much a 12 month extension would be on the Golf. I did this in reply to their email asking me the current mileage, which I sent them. In my email, I gave them my name, the agreement number, the reg number, and the current mileage. Their response?

Please provide me with the information below:

3. Monthly payment amount:

4. Length of agreement:

5. Current Vehicle mileage:

6. Total contracted Mileage: (for your extra 6-12 months)

1. Look at the name I've just fucking given you
